<p>看完這本書，實在讓人感觸良多，就如同我經常拿來告誡同仁、提醒自己的一件事：『創新固然重要，思考也不是不能天馬行空，不過即便「想」的再多，都遠不如「做」出一次好成績要來得重要！』因此，創新不該只是單純的被認知為是一種「虛無飄渺」的觀念、知識、專業，而應該是一種「實際有效」的執行方法才是，達標是目的、效率是關鍵，如果無法提升效率、如果無法達成目標，那麼這樣的創新在不清楚明白「用途」何在的前提下，又有何意義可言？要之何用？</p>
