<p>看完這本書，實在讓人感觸良多，就如同我經常拿來告誡同仁、提醒自己的一件事：『創新固然重要，思考也不是不能天馬行空，不過即便「想」的再多，都遠不如「做」出一次好成績要來得重要！』因此，創新不該只是單純的被認知為是一種「虛無飄渺」的觀念、知識、專業，而應該是一種「實際有效」的執行方法才是，達標是目的、效率是關鍵，如果無法提升效率、如果無法達成目標，那麼這樣的創新在不清楚明白「用途」何在的前提下，又有何意義可言？要之何用？</p>

<p>成長駭客的出現，除了重新定義了傳統工作者的職能角色與責任範疇之外，更等同宣告了未來所需要的人才已不再只是專精於某領域的專才，而必須要是一個能夠發揮一加一大於二、具備跨領域思維、跨領域專業的通才，就如同大前研一所提出的Π型人，才能夠在越發競爭的環境之中，找出屬於自己的成長駭客精神與實質做法來，這已經不再只是一個空談的議題，而是一個必須做出的轉變～</p>
